    • Protraction (Think/Feel Pec muscles pull forward to the sky)
    • Elevation (Think/Feel Trap muscles pull upward to ears)
    • Retraction (Think/Feel Rhomboids pull backward toward the floor)
    • Depression (Think/Feel Obliques pull downward toward feet)

  • Breathing
  • Irradiation
  • Lack of Compensation
