- Begin w/ Irradiated Breathing
- Protraction (Think/Feel Pec muscles pull forward to the sky)
- Elevation (Think/Feel Trap muscles pull upward to ears)
- Retraction (Think/Feel Rhomboids pull backward toward the floor)
- Depression (Think/Feel Obliques pull downward toward feet)
Staying conscious of:
- Breathing
- Irradiation
- Lack of Compensation
