Scapula CAR’s (Standing) – 3 Laps “Clockwise to counterclockwise = 1 Lap”

  • Begin w/ Irradiated Breathing.
  • Keep elbow straight. Hand “glued” at the hip.
  • Only SCAPULAR movement.
      • Up. To the sky.
      • Back. Squeezing back muscle.
      • Down. Feeling the obliques activate.
      • Front. Feeling the pecs and front deltoid activate.
Staying conscious of:
  • Breathing
  • Irradiation
  • Lack of Compensation
