Scapula CAR’s (Standing) – 3 Laps “Clockwise to counterclockwise = 1 Lap”
- Begin w/ Irradiated Breathing.
- Keep elbow straight. Hand “glued” at the hip.
- Only SCAPULAR movement.
- Up. To the sky.
- Back. Squeezing back muscle.
- Down. Feeling the obliques activate.
- Front. Feeling the pecs and front deltoid activate.
