Elbow CAR’s (Down Vertical) – 3 Laps “Clockwise to counterclockwise = 1 Lap”

  • Begin w/ Irradiated Breathing.
  • Lock Elbow out.
  • Start Palm UP
    • Palm up. Flex from Forearm to max flexion
    • Rotate at Elbow (Thumb swivels in around Unlna bone)
    • Palm down. Extend from the Forearm to max extension
    • Rotate at Elbow (Thumb swivels out around Unlna bone)
  • Start Palm DOWN
    • Palm down. Flex from Forearm to max flexion
    • Rotate at Elbow (Thumb swivels out around Unlna bone)
    • Palm up. Extend from the Forearm to max extension
    • Rotate at Elbow (Thumb swivels in around Unlna bone)
Staying conscious of:
  • Breathing
  • Irradiation
  • Lack of Compensation
    • Elbow close to side.
    • Rotate only at Elbow
    • NO rotation from Shoulder
