Elbow CAR’s (Down Vertical) – 3 Laps “Clockwise to counterclockwise = 1 Lap”
- Begin w/ Irradiated Breathing.
- Lock Elbow out.
- Start Palm UP
- Palm up. Flex from Forearm to max flexion
- Rotate at Elbow (Thumb swivels in around Unlna bone)
- Palm down. Extend from the Forearm to max extension
- Rotate at Elbow (Thumb swivels out around Unlna bone)
- Start Palm DOWN
- Palm down. Flex from Forearm to max flexion
- Rotate at Elbow (Thumb swivels out around Unlna bone)
- Palm up. Extend from the Forearm to max extension
- Rotate at Elbow (Thumb swivels in around Unlna bone)
Staying conscious of:
- Breathing
- Irradiation
- Lack of Compensation
- Elbow close to side.
- Rotate only at Elbow
- NO rotation from Shoulder
