Ankle CAR’s (Seated) – 3 Laps “Clockwise to counterclockwise = 1 Lap”

  • Begin w/ Irradiated Breathing.
    • Place fingers at the base of Shin and top of Shin, as feedback for Tibia movement.
    • Bring Toe Up. Really pulling w/ those front Shin muscles.
    • Push Ankle away, ever so slightly. Feeling the later muscles Ankle muscle pull.
    • Gas peddle down. Drive your Toes in the ground w/ your back Calf muscles.
    • Bring your Ankle in ever so slightly. Feeling your medial ankle muscles activate.

  • Lack of Compensation
